Jessica S. Meltzer, CSA

I provide a unique personal and passionate approach to senior care, allowing my clients to feel comfortable and secure, knowing their individual needs are my top priority. I recently earned my National Senior Advisor Certification, further enhancing seven years of hands-on experience in the field of senior care.

My degree in public relations, communications and organizational studies from California State University, Los Angeles, initially led to a corporate career in project management, where my ability to navigate complex environments in solving challenging problems were highly recognized. My true calling, however, was realized when I was called upon to provide 24-hour care for an Alzheimer's patient, assisting with all activities of daily living, including the monitoring of medical conditions, staging of medications, consulting with physicians and providing transportation to doctor appointments.

I was fortunate and honored to part of my grandmother's transition to Hospice care, working side by side with a loving team of Care Givers and Nurses through her passing and until all end of life arrangements were complete. That experience helped to shape my primary career ambition: Assisting Seniors to Optimize the Quality, Dignity and Safety of their Aging Experience, while remaining in their homes for as long as possible.

During the last few years I have served numerous clients, providing comprehensive care, committed to helping seniors maintain a dignified life in the comfort and security of their own homes, and have demonstrated a detailed understanding of issues related to professional Care Giving, Alzheimer's disease, Hospice Care, Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and patients' rights.
